Q. How is my order shipped?
A. Orders are shipped every weekday including holidays. If you placed an order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped on the following week.
Q. How much time to take for my order to arrive?
A. Orders are dispatched right after payment confirmation. Typically, orders can take up to 7-10 working days depending on the delivery address. However, we do not guarantee the delivery dates as they make possible interruption beyond our control and responsibility such as inclement weather conditions or traffic.
Q. Which countries do you ship to?
A. We currently ship around the US only. Shipping on other countries is still discussing.
Q. How do I track my orders?
A. You will receive an email right after we dispatched your order together with a tracking number, notifying you about your order.
Q. Is it possible to know if the item I want to order is in stock?
A. All items are available if you will not see the word “Out of stock” that is indicated to the item. If it happens that you have already placed an order but in your receipt, it is out of stock we will offer you a refund or change of an item.
