How do I check if my order is shipped?

Click the "Track Package" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. You will need your order # and email address to verify your parcel. If you forgot the email address or order # you were assigned please contact us at info@wizardsofthewest.com

 

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

You cannot manually change your order. We do not allow this due to consistency and stability. It takes awhile for our web store to communicate with our warehouse, we generally don't want customers changing orders at the last minute or numerous times before we physically ship the product.

To change your quantity, size or product simply send an email  - info@wizardsofthewestclothing.com

Please state your order #, full name and the name of the product(s) you would like to adjust.

 

I did not receive a tracking #?

Tracking # and tracking insurance is not provided for customers who choose the "Economy" shipping method. If you wish to have tracking and insurance please choose "Express" or "Overnight" shipping methods during the checkout process.

 

My order never arrived ...

Click the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Number(s), check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for direct assistance. To track your package, dependent on the courier you selected visit one of the following sites;

Australia - Australia Post
Japan - Japan Post

When is the best time to order?

Our warehouse opens at 8AM EST. The best time to order would be before 1PM EST. This allows us to ship your order literally on the same day when the courier comes to do the daily pick ups. If you order after 1PM we will pick it the next day at 8AM inturn shipping it at 2PM EST next day. For priority or overnight orders the courier will do a second pickup at 5PM daily. Priority or overnight orders placed after 4PM will not be sent out till 10AM the next morning.

 

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

We always guarantee delivery for express or overnight parcels. If your order gets lost we will re-ship it free of charge. Depending where you live and the priority method chosen, shipping can take anywhere from 1-25 days. Refer to illustrations and charts below. Maps timeline based on express shipping.

 

 

Will I be charged customs and duties?

Yes, depending on the order value and country. Some countries charge more then others for imports. Please get in touch with your local government for import and duties fees. Unlike our competitors if your import and duties become excessive we may help you cover some expenses.


How do I return a product?

The quickest way to return and receive a refund is by contacting us at info@wizardsofthewestclothing.com and sending us your order information which include the following;

How long does the refund take?

Typically the credit card processor will refund the monies within 3-4 days maximum. If you used Paypal to make your purchase your refund should be within 24 hours and Paypal will notify you of your refund immediately.

 

Will I receive a confirmation?

For credit card processing, you may receive a confirmation directly from the credit card carrier if you have chosen that option, we do not send out confirmations for refunds. For Paypal payments you will be notified immediately and funds are reverted in typically 24 hours.
